By installing or using any Aurora Software Labs app, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the apps or site.
License to use the apps
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our apps on devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the apps without our written permission.
Your data is yours
Our apps store data locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from device failure, deletion, uninstallation, or operating system updates.
No warranty
The apps and website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make every effort to keep things stable and bug-free, but software can fail. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
Aurora Software Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our apps or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (which is typically zero, since most of our apps are free).

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our apps or website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
